In the Transform phase, we work on two specific deliverables:

  • Planning and implementation of change include the piloting of new concepts 

  • Scaling the proven changes across wider operations.

We are capable of effecting the changes at different scales, all depends on the type of problem. For example, it could be the development of an end-to-end transformation programme, a complex organisational process redesign, a Lean or Six Sigma deployment plan or even a 2 day Action Workout event that improves local problems within a cross-functional work team.

Whatever the requirement we provide hands on consulting support to drive improvement and, if required, can train, coach and facilitate your team to deliver improvements.
